This development derives its inspiration from the mango tree, a species known for its grandeur and growth potential, often reaching heights of up to 30 metres. Modern mango varieties fall into two primary genetic groups — the Indian type and the Southeast Asian type. The site is enriched with 726 trees, including 435 of the Indian mango variety, specifically Kesar mango trees that currently stand around 6 metres tall. Additional plantation includes 138 neem trees locally known as Limbdo, 126 asopalav trees, 14 mahogany trees, and 13 kangi trees creating a green, biodiverse landscape.
